Order Confirmation & Policy Agreement
By placing an order through Emma’s Closet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Only standard inspection and handling is allowed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Emma’s Closet reserves the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@shopemmascloset.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include the following information:

Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Your full name and shipping address
After your request is reviewed, you will receive return instructions.
Please do not send items back without approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@shopemmascloset.com.
Include:

Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
After verification:

A replacement may be offered, depending on availability

In some cases, a return may not be required
Replacements are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order is lost during shipping:

We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier
If confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
If a package is:

Refused at delivery

Not collected

Returned due to an incorrect address
A $35 CAD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.
Order Cancellations
Under Canadian consumer guidelines, you may request to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it.
However, please note:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

You may still return the item after delivery
To request a cancellation before shipment, email info@shopemmascloset.com as soon as possible.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process and impact future purchases.
